Welding and Fabrication
Damaged metal parts and broken mounting hardware can leave trucks unavailable for work. We provide on-site welding and fabrication for suitable repair requests, helping fleets and owner-operators address metalwork without arranging a shop visit.

Welding & Fabrication Services We Offer
We serve Philadelphia, Allentown, Reading, and Harrisburg, reviewing each request for material type, damage, and site access. Our work focuses on suitable metal repairs and fabrication needed to restore or improve equipment attachments.
Requests may include:
- Repair of damaged metal brackets
- Fabrication of replacement mounting plates
- Welding of suitable equipment supports
- Replacement of worn or damaged tabs
- Small steel component fabrication
- Modification of nonstructural mounts and attachments
- Repair of suitable hinges and latch supports
Repairing Damaged Mounts and Attachments
A broken bracket or worn mounting point can prevent an otherwise usable piece of equipment from returning to work. We assess the affected part and determine whether repair or fabrication of a replacement is appropriate. Simply welding over a crack may leave the cause unresolved. We consider the surrounding metal, attachment arrangement, and visible damage when reviewing the request.
Replacement fabrication may be suitable when the original part is damaged beyond practical repair. Accurate dimensions and access to the mounting area help us establish what is needed.
Custom Bracket & Mounting Plate Fabrication
A damaged bracket or mounting plate can leave an equipment attachment unusable. We review suitable fabrication requests to create replacement parts that match the mounting location and intended use.
Proper fit helps prevent installation problems and interference with nearby components. Our planning considers:
- Dimensions that align with existing mounting points
- Clearance around moving parts
- Attachment requirements for the replacement
- Material suitability for the application

Welding & Fabrication FAQs
What Interstates Do You Provide On-Site Truck Service Along?
We provide on-site truck service along major interstate routes throughout our service area, including I-95, I-295, I-276, I-676, I-476, I-76, I-78, I-81, I-195, I-280, I-287, and I-475. Our on-site service helps fleets and drivers get support at yards, facilities, and other serviceable locations near these heavily traveled routes.
Can You Make a Replacement Bracket if the Original Is Broken?
We can review small bracket fabrication requests using the damaged part, measurements, or available drawings. Suitability depends on the material and what the bracket supports. Provide photos of the part and mounting area before arranging service.
Can Every Cracked Metal Part Be Welded?
Repair suitability depends on the material, crack location, surrounding condition, and intended use. Some parts require replacement or specialized procedures. We review the application before accepting the work, particularly where the component carries a load.
Do You Weld Truck Frames or Other Structural Components?
Structural work requires review of the component, manufacturer requirements, and repair method. It is not automatically included in our mobile welding service. Send the equipment details and damage photos so we can confirm whether the request is within our scope.
Can You Fabricate a Part Without a Drawing?
Photos and accurate measurements may be enough to review a simple replacement part. We also need to understand its mounting points and intended use. More complex applications may require a drawing or additional specifications before fabrication can proceed.
